From the oldest vineyards in the Sub-Region, a careful selection of the most ripe grapes is made. These are transported exclusively in 20kg boxes, pressed whole, and subjected to skin maceration. The must is clarified at 12°C for 48 hours and fermented and aged in French oak barrels for several months.

Tasting Notes:
Crystalline appearance; Straw/citrus color; Aroma of the grape variety, floral and fruity with citrus notes, well-wrapped in wood (honey, vanilla, and spices). On the palate, it is balanced, fresh, and full-bodied, with a complex and lingering finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be drunk between 12 and 15ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent aging potential in the bottle. Excellent pairing with cheeses, fish, and some meats, rice dishes, and oven-baked dishes.
