Tasting Notes:
With an intense red and opaque colour, showing remarkable and harmonious wild berry aromas. In the mouth, apart from its own unique sparkling quality, it is vinous, full-bodied and has an excellent acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent for grilled and roasted meats, grilled fish with high Omega-3 content and especially traditional Portuguese cuisine dishes (rojões, lamprey, sarrabulho and grilled sardines).
