Winemaking:
After skin contact and pressing, the clean must fermented in new 500-liter French oak barrels.

Grape Varieties:
Alvarinho,Arinto

Tasting Notes:
Yellow colour with greenish tinges. Aroma of tropical fruit and citrus, with notes of barrel. Bulky, fresh, very mineral and elegant. Very smooth, pleasant and long at the end of the mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Enjoy at a temperature of around 7ºC to 8ºC.

Food Pairing:
Ideal for elaborated dishes.
