Product details
The grapes are harvested manually, destemmed and crushed upon arrival at the winery, and then pressed. The must is chilled to 8ºC and undergoes static decantation for 2 days. After separation from the lees, fermentation begins, lasting approximately 2 weeks at 14-16ºC. Fermentation is completed in new barrels where it then ages for 6 months. After bottling, it undergoes a 4-month aging process in the bottle.
