The grapes are transported and pressed separately by variety without crushing. The must is clarified at 12°C for 48 hours and fermented at a controlled temperature for 10-12 days.

Tasting Notes:
Balanced, smooth, fresh and fruity.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be drunk between 8 and 10°C. It should preferably be drunk young, within 2 years of harvest.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with fish, seafood and white meat.

Contains sulphites.
