After manual harvesting and transport to the winery in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed, preceded by a light pressing and decantation for 48 hours. Fermented in small stainless steel vats.

This Laurel has a floral aroma, with a greenish colour, and is very refreshing.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be drunk between 10-12ºC.
