Product details
Tanning wine fermented in granite lagares. The grapes are harvested at the optimum point of ripeness, de-stemmed and placed in centuries-old granite presses. Fermentation is carried out by indigenous yeasts and, when around two-thirds of the fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to stainless steel tanks where fermentation ends. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is decanted and when clean it is bottled.
