Hand picked grapes at short distance from winery. Immediately destemmed and then crushed to capture fresh aromas. Fermentation in low temperatures in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:
Cristal clear with light lemony colour. Intense and fruity, tropical fruit aromas of banana and mango. Distinct floral aromas blended in harmony with the abundant fruit. Very nice structure with a crispy acidity. The light enhances the wine freshness. Good finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles should be stored lying horizontally temperature around 13ºC and humidity 60%.
Food Pairing:
Serve with white meat dishes or seasoned fish, seafood and risotto.
