The grapes that produced this unique wine were grown in our oldest Trajadura vineyards (vines over 20 years old). Organically grown, selected, and harvested by hand, they were quickly vinified in the traditional manner.

Tasting Notes:
Crystal clear, clear, and citrus-coloured. Ripe, youthful fruit with a fresh tropical note, balanced by subtle notes of toasted French oak, creates a rich, complex, and harmonious blend. Unctuous, rich, and elegant, intense and very persistent on the palate.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with pasta and pizza, sushi and Chinese delicacies.
