The carefully selected grapes for this wine are destemmed and crushed before being transferred to the press, where the must remains in contact with the skins for approximately five hours. This is followed by a gentle pressing and clarification of the must. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with 40% of the batch finishing fermentation in new French oak barrels. Bâtonnage is performed during the five-month aging process.

Very elegant and minerally, with enormous complexity. Full of layers, the fine acidity contributes to a full, vibrant white wine that's long, expressive, and of great class.
