Tasting Notes:
An Alvarinho wine of great lightness, mineral, fresh and very appealing. It presents aromas of lime and grapefruit with some green tea leaf and minerality. Good structure and volume, present acidity and great depth.
Store and Serve Advices:
It must be drunk very cool at a temperature of 6 to 8º C. It is ready to be drunk but may evolve for around 5 years in the bottle, depending on the conditioning environment.
Food Pairing:
This is the perfect accompaniment to elegant, fresh vegetable based or gratin dishes, starters such as oysters or asparagus in butter sauce or even dishes with fatty fish like salmon.
