Intense citrine yellow colour. Complex, intense and mineral aroma, with good fruit (predominantly citrus notes) very well integrated with notes of good wood. In the mouth it is complex, showing excellent evolution, in an engaging, structured and voluminous set, with good acidity and good fruit, very balanced. Long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Seafood, fatty fish, white meat and more elaborately prepared pasta.
