The grapes from the manual harvest of our associates are unloaded and immediately de-stemmed and crushed, fermentation takes place in tanning mills and with manual treading. It ages in French and American oak barrels for 12 months, after bottling it ages for a minimum of 3 months in the bottle in the cellars.

Alicante Bouschet,Aragonêz,Trincadeira,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Wine with a crystalline appearance, deep garnet colour, aromas of ripe black fruit and spices, intense, with soft tannins that give it a pleasant and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Consume immediately or over the next 5 to 7 years. It should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with lamb stew, migas and other Alentejo pork dishes and cured or semi-cured cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
