Stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and prolonged maceration. Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels and after bottling, minimum of 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet colour. Set of complex, fresh aromas, ripe red fruits and spices; well-balanced, harmonious and wood tannins. Velvety, full-bodied, warm palate, discreet French oak, with the notes of spices detected in the aroma. Notably long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent match for meat and smoked pork, game and poultry, pasta and cheeses.
