Winemaking:
The grapes were destemmed and fermented with complete maceration in a stainless steel mill at a temperature of 25ºC, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Staging in new American, Portuguese and brown oak barrels during 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Soft flavour but very fresh and balanced in the mouth, with notes of black forest fruits, persistent tannins with mint chocolate flavour.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served at a temperature around 16-17ºC. This wine can be consumed immediately after bottling or it can be stored for at least 10 years.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with red meat cooked in the oven, game meat or traditional desserts..
