Made with 77% Aragonez 2011, 17% Trincadeira 2011, 2% Castelão 1999, 2% Trincadeira 2005, 1% Cabernet Sauvignon 2015, 1% Petit Verdot 2017. The bunches pass through the sorting table to small 300 kg presses where, through bleeding, the skin/must ratio is 30%. Alcoholic fermentation takes place for 10 days with stems without temperature control and with indigenous yeasts. The malolactic process takes place during a cuvaison of around 2 months, after pressing, all the wine ages in second-use barrels from Tronçais. Aging for 98 months in new Tronçais barrels, topped up only once annually and 3 years in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby in colour, on the nose it shows an exuberance of blackberry liquorice and blackcurrant, fused in a dry, minty wood frame. In the mouth it has a physical persistence of great volume, massifying the taste surrounded by an unusual freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served between 16° and 18°C.
Food Pairing:
It should accompany red meats, game and cheeses.
