Tasting Notes:
Intense nose, notes of black fruits, black pepper and cloves. Textured attack, acidity immediately present, aromas are repeated in the tasting. Herbaceous, black pepper, good structure and long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to accompany stewed dishes and game meat.
