Winemaking:
The clusters were hand-harvested and carefully sorted at the winery. All grapes were destemmed without crushing. Wild fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature. Aging took place in stainless-steel.

Tasting Notes:
Aromas of ripe black berries and a hint of eucalyptus leaves. In the mouth is full bodied, with good acidity and soft tannins, the end is surprisingly fresh.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Meat, cheese, sausages, as well as vegetarian dishes made with tomato sauce or grilled veggies.

Contains sulphites.
