Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Alicante Bouschet,Touriga Nacional,Aragonêz,Trincadeira
Tasting Notes:
Fine aroma, lightly smoked, some mineral, with sober and elegant fruit. Velvety mouth that evolves into an intense mouth with thick and ripe tannins. Long finish, spicy and warm.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with red or white grilled meat, pasta, spicy dishes or medium-strength cheeses.
