Deep red. Aroma of black fruits (blueberry, bergamot, blackberries and spices). Velvety, balanced, fruity, some black pepper. It has good acidity and tannins that are present although soft.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with fatty grilled fish, such as grilled sardines or sea bass, grilled pork or roast chicken.
