Most of the grapes were destemmed. Fermentation took place in amphorae and the wine was aged for 36 months in the same amphorae, without much extraction.

Tasting Notes:
An exuberant nose with expressive fruit. But it's more than just fruity, it's extremely fresh with a great bouquet. A structured and elegant wine, balanced by persistent acidity and concise, precise tannins. Very long finish, with great ageing potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Game dishes such as rabbit, hare and wild boar. Duck rice, oven-roasted cod and regional sausage boards.

Contains sulphites.
