Winemaking:
Manual harvest. Alcoholic fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation in small-capacity concrete tulips. Aging for one year in 5000L vats (30% batch), French oak and 550L barrels (70% batch). Followed by a minimum aging period of two years in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Deep and concentrated colour. Complex aroma of the grape variety that originated it, with notes of plum, dark chocolate and light leather. Classic structure, with austere tannins, complemented by fruit intensity, consistent and rich, and a long, peppery finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
