After manual harvesting and a careful selection of bunches, the de-stemmed grapes were placed in a stainless steel tank, where they fermented at a controlled temperature of around 18ºC. The fermentation process for this wine was as natural as possible, following a minimal intervention strategy and without any addition of oenological products.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby-violet wine of medium intensity. Aromatically it is pure and exuberant, full of expressive fruits and some fresh vegetables, suggesting notes of currant, black cherry, raspberry, cistus and wild flowers. The mouth has acidity, body and polished tannins, the purity of the fruit permeates the entire tasting, revealing a straightforward and uncomplicated wine, with a power of attraction.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
A fresh and versatile Alentejo red, which is a good companion for a wide variety of dishes. Chickpea curry, lentil meatballs, light meals, snacks, cheese and sausage boards or even barbecue meats will certainly be a good choice.
