Tasting Notes:
Wine with a deep, concentrated colour, typical of the grape variety. In the mouth, it reveals its elegance through menthol notes and some smokiness. Balanced acidity, with lots of black stone fruit (plum, blackberry) and a complex aroma and well-integrated tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with red meat dishes, game, strong cheeses and foie gras.
