Manual Harvest. Total stalking. Pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature (22ºC -28ºC) in lagares with piegage. Malolactic fermentation in barrels, aging for 24 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet colour. Austere nose, forest fruits and balsamic. Mouth of remarkable freshness, excellent tannin structure and balance. Complex finish showing great elegance and persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with full flavoured meats, Strong Cheeses.
