Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvest and selection of the best grapes in the cellar. Cold maceration for 2 days and alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC. Aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Alicante Bouschet,Cabernet Sauvignon,Syrah,Trincadeira

Tasting Notes:
Intense aroma of forest fruits and black plums, balanced with notes of red peppers, tobacco, coffee and menthol. Full and balanced mouth, with soft tannins. Persistent finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16 -18ºC.

Ideal to pair with red meats, lamb, game, roasted fish, cod drizzled in olive oil and cheese.
