Winemaking:
Vinified for ten days in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, after destemmed.

Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Alfrocheiro,Touriga Nacional

Tasting Notes:
It has aromas of plum and berries showing up in the mouth, easy to drink and very smooth finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Very good accompaniment to meat dishes, red meat and ground game and dishes with cream-sauces.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
