Manual harvest into 18kg boxes, total destemming and cold maceration for three days. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures for 8 days. Aging in new and second-year French oak barrels for 13 months.

With a deep ruby colour, this wine has aromas of wild berries, anise, rockrose and a slight hint of smoke. On the palate, it is an intense wine with layers of complexity based on freshness and elegance that give it a rich and persistent finish.

Store the bottle lying down. Serve between 16-18ºC.

It goes well with all meat, game and cheese dishes.
