Product details

Appellation:
Roasted coffee beans, without the addition of any other ingredients. A batch obtained from carefully selected combinations of Arabica and Robusta coffees, selected at their origin. A batch in which the best Robusta coffees predominate, offset by Arabica coffees produced at medium altitude according to a roasting curve designed specifically for this batch. This made it possible to obtain a full-bodied, vigorous, low-acidity and balanced product.

Tasting Notes:
Very abundant, very thick and persistent cream. Aromas of toasted bread and dried fruits. Strong but balanced coffee, with plenty of body. Some astringency and characteristic bitterness can be noted.

Storage:
The best result is obtained when the cup is preheated. The grind should be adjusted to the type of machine, neither too fine nor too coarse.

Perfect Serve:
Coffee is a popular drink that doesn’t need any advice on how to pair it. Bongosto coffee beans can provide quality coffee at any time of the day.
