With an intense garnet colour, the aroma highlights red fruit notes (pomegranate), with a vegetal touch. Reveals admirable volume in the mouth. The tannins appear firm, slightly austere, enveloped in freshness, providing a persistent aftertaste.

Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes were received at the cellar, in the special line, with total destemming and manual selection of clusters and later “berry by grape” by an optical selection machine. Vinification was carried out in a lagar, with pre-fermentation maceration and temperature control. 12 months in used French oak barrels, 300 and 500 liters.
