Product details

Winemaking:
Produced only in years of excellence, this is a 100% Syrah monovarietal, aged for 18 months in new French and American oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Produced from Maroteira's first Syrah plot, planted in 2000, this wine has a robust and deep character with lively and intense notes of red fruit, firm structure, complexity and remarkable persistence.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
This wine pairs perfectly with red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
