Tasting Notes:
Loaded ruby. Complex and intense aroma with notes of dried fruits. Elegant mouth, supported by a tannic structure. Floral nuances with vibrant acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Decant 1 hour beforehand and serve at a temperature of 16º - 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with intense cheeses and “pot food”, such as lamb stew, caldososo rice, broad beans and game dishes.
