Tasting Notes:
A garnet-coloured wine with aromas of red fruits, notes of spices, vanilla, and a slight toasty aroma, indicative of aging in French oak barrels. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with round and soft tannins, and a long, persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany grilled red meat dishes, oven roasts, game, and dishes with intense flavour. It also pairs very well with aged cheeses and traditional sausages.
