Vinified using the very latest temperature-controlled fermentation techniques. Ageing for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Notes of ripe plum and jam combine with vegetables and spices notes. In the mouth, the soft tone with a slight vanilla, is enlivened by firm tannins, a well balanced set.

Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
