Manual harvest on september. Grapes were once again carefully selected on a vibrating sorting table. Fermentation took place in traditional clay amphoras for 15 days. The wine aged for six months in amphora, with skin contact, followed by 24 months in 500 L french oak barrels. It then aged for six months in bottle before being released to the market.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. On the nose, it reveals great complexity, freshness, and minerality. Earthy notes and fresh fruit in a distinctive profile that reflects the terroir of origin. Great depth on the palate, with some angles that provide tension, leading to an original, long, and majestic finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16/18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
