The grapes are destemmed and crushed directly to a vat; 3 days cold soak; alcoholic fermentation begins at 12C and ends at 32C; Malolactic fermentation in French used oak (40% of the wine).

Tasting Notes:
Red colour. On the nose look for red fruit, liquorice notes and save. On the palate plum and ripe cherry. Balance structure in a persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
