Manual harvest into 12 kg boxes in the early hours of August. The grapes were meticulously selected on a vibrating sorting table, with slight crushing of the berries during destemming. Free run juice vinification right after a static cold clarification. Fermentation took place in 500 L French oak barrels for a period of 23 days at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Aged for six months in 500 L French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Salmon colour. Mineral character in the nose with floral hints and vegetable notes typical from this variety, some spices and oak aging complexity. Wide palate, deep, with remarkable freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature between 10º and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Sushi, dishes with a complex and rich flavour, such as fatty fish, medium-intensity meats and long-lasting cheeses.
