Tasting Notes:
Rose petal pink colour. Fresh and fruity, with lovely hints of strawberry and white flowers. Excellent acidity, also displaying an elegant structure and a conspicuous presence of red fruit aromas. It has a long and juicy finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 8 to 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with oven roast fish, smoked fish and salads.
