Winemaking:
Short maceration at low temperature, followed by a winemaking process similar to that used for white wines. The solids are initially separated from the liquids by pressing, followed by fermentation at low temperature to preserve the aromatic characteristics. Stored in stainless steel.

Aragonêz,Syrah,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
With a good color, it presents fine aromas with notes of red fruits and some hints of almost jam-like strawberry. On the palate, it has a correct acidity and a good balance between body and freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10-12ºC.

This wine pairs perfectly with rich and flavorful dishes, such as oily fish (e.g., salmon or cod with cream), cooked shellfish, roasted white meats or meats with buttery sauces, smoked dishes, and soft or more intense cheeses.
