Product details

Winemaking:
Soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation at 14ºC in stainless steel vats and staging two months in used French oak barrels.

Grape Varieties:
Syrah

Tasting Notes:
Salmon colour. Delicate aromas of red fruits and spices with mineral notes. In the mouth it is involving with texture and persistency.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down in a fresh and dark place. Serve between 12ºC-14ºC.

Food Pairing:
Perfect with white meats, spiced foods and Italian pasta.
