After a careful manual harvest, the grapes were subject to new selection upon arrival at the winery. The bunches were completely de-stemmed and the berries were slightly crushed. After brief maceration, to obtain the characteristic pink hue, it was gently pressed into previously refrigerated stainless steel vats. The must clarified naturally at low temperature and fermented slowly at a controlled temperature of approximately 15ºC.

Tasting Notes:
Raspberry colored wine, open and bright. The nose is fresh and fruity, suggesting notes of pomegranate, red cherry and brief strawberry. The mouth is vibrant, has enough acidity, follows the red profile of the nose and reminds us of a sensation of almost strawberry and lemon mixed in harmony. Finishes elegant and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled between 12 ° C and 14 ° C.
Food Pairing:
The freshness and balance make this wine an excellent summer companion. It is the perfect choice for a terrace snack, it can also be presented as an aperitif, or simply serve as a background theme in a pleasant conversation between friends.
