Fruits of white pulp apple and some quince. Unctuous in the mouth with excellent acidity which gives it a long and salivating finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage in horizontal position away from direct light. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.

Contains sulphites.
