Winemaking:
Harvested by hand in the early hours of the day into 12kg boxes. After selection and sorting, the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation and subsequent ageing for 10 months in stainless steel with fine lees.

Tasting Notes:
Very good aromatic intensity on the nose, white pulp fruit, some citrus and floral. On the mouth, the fruity profile is kept, with good acidity balancing the good volume.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C away from direct light. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish and white meats dishes.

Contains sulphites.
