Citrine colour slightly golden. Wine with good citrus notes. Good greasiness, great freshness and very fruity. Slight persistence in the aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature of 8-9°C.
Food Pairing:
Serve with grilled fatty fish, shellfish, sushi and Italian cuisine.
