Winemaking:
Hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14°C. Aged on fine lees for 5 months before bottling.

Grape Varieties:
Arinto,Boal

Tasting Notes:
It has a very appealing aroma, initially displaying a tropical and citrusy profile, followed by curious notes of anise and minerality. Enveloping and fresh, it has a disconcertingly salty and mineral aftertaste.
