Winemaking:
Direct press, without SO2 until the end of fermentation. Spontaneous fermentation in Portuguese carvings aged 140, carved for 6 months.

Crato Branco

Straw colour, notes of white fruit and minerals of clay in the nose. In the mouth it is a pop of salinity and freshness.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.

Perfect combination with oysters from the Ria Formosa.
