The grapes were harvested in two specific areas of a block that stood out. Without wood influence, and only under the influence of low temperatures and regular bâtonnage, this wine has found the best way to express all its freshness, texture and aging potential in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Very light and greenish straw colour with bright lemon tones. At the first impression nose close, it need of some time to gain expression in the bottle. Then a very intense nose with orange leaf and floral, deep and steady, reflecting its integrity and character. Dry style with focus on freshness, acidity and texture. In the tasting, very mineral character with citrus notes and very long. A wine to taste now, but with great storage potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
It must be drunk very cold at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with fish dishes, shellfish and light aperitifs.
