Aromatically bold and intense, it reveals notes of melon, apricot and mango. In the mouth, the body and soul of Alentejo, with volume and great balance. Fine and rich with a very present acidity, which brings life to the whole, awakening smiles and generating great pleasure.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a horizontal position at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany all fish and seafood dishes and some lighter meat dishes.
