Winemaking:
Harvest By hand to small cases of 15 kg in the early morning to preserve the freshness of the grapes. Vinification Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, using temperature control.

Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow in colour with lime and mineral aromas. The palate demonstrates great acidity with notes of green apples and citrus.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
A perfect aperitif wine, easily pairing with all dishes, especially antipasti and other lighter fare.
