Product details

Winemaking:
Hand harvested. This wine is the result of two types of fermentation: initial tanning with temperature control and co-fermentation in used French oak barrels. Bâtonnage for 12 weeks. 40% of the blend aged for 10 months in 600L French oak barrels (1 and 2 year old barrels), the remaining 60% aged in stainless steel for a full 2 years on the lees.
